Job summary

Alto Landscaping is seeking a Head of Structural Landscaping to oversee day-to-day delivery of landscape construction projects in the Southern Highlands region, including Mittagong. You will lead a small construction team from site set-out to completion and work hands-on with machinery.

The role requires extensive experience in structural landscaping, crew leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality residential landscapes while coordinating with the owner.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or higher.
• Minimum 5 years' landscape construction industry experience.
• Strong structural landscaping experience.
• Experience supervising or leading staff on site.
• Current driver's licence and White Card.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, measurements, levels and set-out.

Job description

As Head of Structural Landscaping, you will work directly with the owner of Alto Landscaping and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of landscape construction projects. This is a senior, hands-on position for an experienced landscape construction professional who can confidently take responsibility for projects from site set-out through to completion, while leading and developing a small construction team.

• Leading landscape construction projects on site
• Managing tradespeople, landscapers and apprentices

• Site set-out, levels and construction sequencing

• Operating excavators, mini loaders and landscaping machinery

About you

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or higher
