Job summary

Surfside Landscaping is seeking a Leading Hand Landscaper / Site Supervisor for a senior, site-based role on residential projects.

You will lead a small crew, read plans, organize materials, ensure safety, and deliver quality results from start to finish, mentoring junior members and coordinating with clients and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified landscaper or substantial residential landscape-construction experience.
• Previous leading hand, supervisor or senior crew experience.
• Read plans and manage site workflow.
• Current Australian driver's licence and White Card - essential.
• Reliable, organised and safety-focused with strong attention to detail.

Leading Hand Landscaper / Site Supervisor

This is a senior, site-based role for a practical leader who can manage small crews while remaining hands-on. You will coordinate daily works, maintain quality and safety and help deliver residential landscaping projects efficiently from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and supervise a small landscaping crew on residential projects

Complete and oversee paving, edging, retaining walls, turf, planting, mulching and site preparation

What we’re looking for

Qualified landscaper or substantial residential landscape-construction experience

Previous leading hand, supervisor or senior crew experience highly regarded

Strong hands-on capability across hard and soft landscaping

Ability to read plans, manage site workflow and lead by example

Current Australian driver's licence and White Card - essential

Reliable, organised and safety-focused with strong attention to detail

Clear communication skills and pride in delivering excellent work
