Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking a skilled Site Service Fitter to join our safety-focused team on major mining sites across NSW. You will travel to client sites Monday to Friday with all travel covered and a company-provided work ute, performing inspections, servicing and repairs both on site and in workshops.

The role requires mechanical trade qualifications, a valid driver's licence, and hands-on experience with mineral processing equipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trade qualifications and a valid driver's licence are required.
• Hands-on experience with screens and centrifuges, sizers/crushers and centrifugal pumps.
• Previous field service experience in mining is essential.
• Clear safety record and ability to work on-site at mining locations.
• Computer literacy for report generation and communication.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; quick learner and adaptable to changing demands.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Mechanical trade qualifications (essential) and valid Driver's Licence
• Hands-on experience with screens and centrifuge, sizers and crushers and centrifugal pumps (Krebs, Warman, Metso)
• Previous experience in a field service role
• Clean track record in the mining industry
• Computer literacy for report generation and communication
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving work requirements
