FLSmidth Site Services in Australia is seeking a Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker to join our field-based team. You'll perform maintenance, repairs and minor fabrication on OEM mining equipment, with on-site support across multiple mine sites.

Qualifications

• Recognised trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, testing and performance assessments of OEM equipment.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Support shutdown activities, equipment overhauls and component replacements.
• Undertake fabrication, welding and structural repairs on mining equipment and structures.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
