Jacobs is delivering one of Australia’s key energy projects, the Hazelwood Converter Station, in Victoria. We are seeking a Site Project Engineer to support construction activities, oversee contractor interfaces and ensure work is delivered safely and to specification.

You will work with the Site Project Manager and Construction Manager to manage interfaces, reporting and risk, contributing to a landmark energy infrastructure program in the Latrobe Valley.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting the construction phase of large infrastructure projects.
• Background in site delivery, contractor surveillance and interface management.
• Experience across civil, structural, mechanical or electrical disciplines is preferred.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality requirements on site.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of construction work packages, coordinating site activities, schedules and risks.
• Monitor contractor performance against procedures, drawings, and site requirements.
• Assist with project documentation, RFIs, risk registers, quality records and submissions.
• Participate in site inspections, audits and safety walks to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide technical input and recommendations to support project decisions.
• Collaborate with contractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders to resolve issues.
