Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Sydney seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for major infrastructure projects from 415V to 66kV. You will shape power-system concepts, supervise switchgear, transformers and substations, and mentor developing engineers.

You will work across multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, and help drive project delivery with technical leadership and strategic input.

Qualifications

• Experience across LV, MV and HV power infrastructure.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary electrical projects and interfaces.
• Knowledge of Australian standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design across LV/MV/HV infrastructure from 415V to 66kV.
• Develop power system solutions for complex infrastructure environments.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
