Job summary

Shadforths Civil Contractors is seeking a Site Engineer and a Project Engineer to oversee civil construction projects in the Logan region, ranging from $5m to $70m. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage daily site activities, safety compliance and contract administration, while contributing to a strong pipeline of future works.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
• Manage construction planning, programming and completion schedules
• Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
• Cost tracking and reporting to the Project Manager
• Quality Assurance documentation
• Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting and claims
• Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
