Job summary

Shadforth is seeking experienced Site and Project Engineers to lead a major $70M residential subdivision project in Queensland. You will oversee earthworks, roads, drainage and associated infrastructure, delivering milestones within a fast-paced civil environment.

You will join a high-performing team with long-term stability and opportunities to progress into Senior Project Engineering roles, while benefiting from a locally based role with strong pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering residential subdivision and large-scale civil infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, budgets and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site planning, programming and daily delivery activities to meet milestones.
• Coordinate subdivision works including earthworks, roads, drainage and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and quality requirements.
• Monitor budgets, cost forecasting and financial performance.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement and project resources.
