Shadforths Civil Contractors in Australia is seeking experienced Site and Project Engineers to lead a major $70M residential subdivision, overseeing earthworks, roadworks, drainage and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management in civil projects.
• Experience delivering residential subdivisions and large-scale civil works.
• Background in bulk earthworks, services and pavements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, programming and daily delivery activities to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Coordinate and manage large-scale subdivision works including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and associated infrastructure
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, specifications and quality requirements
• Monitor project budgets, monthly cost forecasting and financial performance
• Manage subcontractors, procurement and project resources to achieve delivery outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive safety, environmental and quality outcomes across the project
• Support and mentor site teams while contributing to a positive project culture
