Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking experienced Site Engineers to join a major infrastructure project in Perth. You will monitor the project plan, ensure quality, manage subcontractors, and record inspections while liaising with design and construction teams to maintain safety and compliance.

The role requires strong organisation, stakeholder communication, and a commitment to zero-harm safety on site, with career development and competitive remuneration offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering building infrastructure projects.
• Apply engineering principles to ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Experience in subcontractor management and supervision.
• Ability to liaise with design teams, construction delivery teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to coordinate, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the project plan and progress on site.
• Ensure upfront quality requirements are in place and adhered to.
• Resolve engineering issues as they arise.
• Assist with administration of subcontractors on site.
• Complete and record quality inspections.
• Ensure technical matters are compliant with project requirements.
• Drive a zero-harm safety culture on site.
