Job summary

Visy is seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician to advance into planning and coordination at our Logan City site. You will play a pivotal role in keeping the manufacturing facility running smoothly by planning maintenance activities, coordinating shutdowns, and driving reliability improvements across the plant.

You will manage work orders, source parts and spares, and maintain accurate equipment records while partnering with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Electrical License.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

About The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced A Grade Electrician who is ready to take the next step into planning and coordination. You'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing site running smoothly by planning and coordinating maintenance, supporting shutdowns, and helping drive reliability improvements across the plant.

• Shift Details: Fixed day shift Monday to Friday (6am to 2pm)

What You’ll Do

• Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and site projects
• Manage maintenance work orders and planning systems
• Source and purchase parts, consumables and critical spares
• Maintain equipment records, maintenance documentation and spare parts inventory
• Support compliance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the site

What You Will Bring
