Job summary

McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Site Office Manager to join the Kwinana Freeway Upgrade project. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll support, and maintain site administration to keep the project moving.

Based in Perth with a South of the River site office, this full-time, Monday-Friday role offers a real chance to shape project delivery through organised, proactive leadership and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in site administration, project administration or office coordination, ideally within construction, mining or infrastructure.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with project or document management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, inductions and site logistics.
• Support payroll, timesheets, purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Maintain site office supplies, PPE, uniforms and general administration.
• Manage project records, documentation and filing systems.
• Provide proactive administrative support to the Project Manager and wider site team.
