McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Site Office Manager to join the Kwinana Freeway Upgrade project. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll support, and maintain site administration to keep the project moving.
Based in Perth with a South of the River site office, this full-time, Monday-Friday role offers a real chance to shape project delivery through organised, proactive leadership and strong stakeholder relationships.
We are building a team for the Kwinana Freeway Upgrade, a major transport infrastructure project recently awarded to McConnell Dowell and our Alliance partners. This significant project will help shape the future of Western Australia’s road network and improve connectivity across one of Perth’s key transport corridors.
Delivered through an Alliance model, the project includes complex civil infrastructure works spanning roads, bridges, drainage, rail interfaces and traffic management. Initial workplace location will be in our Perth CBD but shortly you will transition to a dedicated site office based South of the River.
We are looking for an experienced SiteOffice Manager to become a key part of our project team. You’ll play a central role in keeping the site office organised, ensuring our people have the support they need and helping the wider project team operate efficiently.
Working closely with the Project Manager, project leadership team and wider site workforce, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day administration that keeps a major project moving. This is a highly visible role where your organisation, initiative and ability to build strong relationships will make a genuine difference.
This is a full-time, permanent Monday-Friday position. The successful candidate will be based, or willing to commute, to the South of the River area, with the project site office expected to be located around the Cockburn/Kwinana area.
