Seymour Whyte is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator based in Kalgoorlie to support FIFO travel, rosters and general project administration. You’ll work with site, commercial and operations teams to keep admin running smoothly.
Responsibilities include coordinating FIFO travel and rosters, onboarding and security clearances, assisting with purchasing, job costing and invoicing, and maintaining project records. Strong data entry, attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential.
