Job summary

Alder Construction is seeking a Site Manager to drive site programs, coordinate trades and lead quality and safety on projects across sectors. The role is based on site with reporting to the Project Manager in our Brisbane office, and demands a hands-on leader with strong trade background and commitment to excellence.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in building projects, exhibit excellent communication, and work collaboratively with a team of professionals to meet time

About the role

This is full time position requires a high calibre individual with a strong track record of site management experience. We have been successful in securing works in SEQ, with projects between Gold Coast, Brisbane, Redland Bay, Logan and Beaudesert. This role will site based and report through to the Project Manager in our Brisbane office.

Ideally you will be a Site Manager with hands-on approach, a strong trade background and credibility gained from successfully completing building projects across various sectors and clients. An enthusiastic and driven individual, with high standards and willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of committed professionals.
