JPS Executive Search & Selection – North Lakes QLD is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $20M industrial project in North Lakes, commencing mid-to-late November. You will own day-to-day site delivery, drive the programme, manage subcontractors and uphold safety and quality standards throughout construction.

The Opportunity

This privately owned commercial builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $20M industrial project in North Lakes, commencing mid-to-late November.

You'll take full ownership of day-to-day site delivery, driving the programme, managing subcontractors and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout construction.

With one project at a time, the role suits a confident Site Manager who can run a site independently, build strong relationships with trades and consultants, and have the tough conversations when needed to keep things moving.

The Company

This established Brisbane builder has built a strong reputation in industrial construction, delivering projects valued between $5M and $90M.

With a team of 45 across its building and civil operations, the business typically has four to six projects underway at any given time.

Led by down-to-earth, growth-focused Directors, they're continuing to build on their industrial experience while expanding into education and social housing projects.
