Job summary

JPS Executive Search & Selection in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial new builds valued between $5M and $100M across Brisbane. You’ll oversee one to three projects, depending on size, with opportunities across industrial, aged care and other commercial sectors.

The role requires a well-rounded PM who can manage stakeholders, ownership of programme, commercial performance and overall delivery. 50/50 site and office split, Newstead office.

• Experience delivering projects valued $15M+ per project.

The Opportunity

This established national builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial new builds valued between $5M and $100M across Brisbane. You’ll oversee between one and three projects depending on their size and complexity, with upcoming opportunities across industrial, aged care and other commercial sectors. The role suits a well-rounded PM who enjoys project variety, can manage multiple stakeholders and is confident taking ownership of programme, commercial performance and overall delivery.
