Job summary

Family Services Australia is seeking a Site Manager to lead and coordinate Workforce Australia Services across Lowood, Toogoolawah and Fernvale. You will steer operations, mentor teams, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to deliver high‑quality, client‑centred support.

The role requires at least 2–3 years in a leadership position within Employment Services, with a proven track record of meeting targets, excellent communication, and robust time management.

Job description

Family Services Australia is seeking a motivated and energetic Site Manager who is passionate about providing operational direction and leadership for the delivery of high-quality Workforce Australia Services.

Key accountabilities include:

Proactively plan, organise, and monitor the sites (Lowood, Toogoolawah & Fernvale)

Build and foster strong relationships with Employers, Community Groups, Health Care Professionals and Advocacy Groups to ensure that participant receive high-quality holistic support;

Provide support, coaching and mentoring to the team across the site locations to achieve sustainable outcomes for participants; and

Oversee and drive continuous improvement activities to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Skills and experience / essential criteria

MUST have Employment Services experience

Minimum of 2-3 years’ leadership experience

An understanding of the issues/challenges facing participants and employers.

Demonstrated experience and proven success working with targets KPI's.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated exposure to challenging conversations with participants, stakeholders and employers.

Excellent prioritisation and time management with an ability to demonstrate self-reflection, resilience, and accountability within a dynamic target orientated role.

Due to the nature of our customers' employment support needs, you may be required to work outside of normal business hours (on occasion) and will be required to hold a current driver's license.

All successful candidates will be required to obtain a Police clearance, relevant working with children/vulnerable people clearances and hold a current Drivers Licence.
