Morson Edge (Australia) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of a major residential development on the Gold Coast. You will work closely with the Project Manager and construction team to drive site operations, safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires proven experience on large-scale residential or high-rise projects, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to solving challenges while maintaining WHS and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects valued at $100m+.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and programming.
• Experience managing large subcontractor packages and site teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of WHS, quality and construction processes.
• Stable employment history demonstrating successful project delivery.

An established and highly regarded Tier 2 builder/developer with a strong presence across South East Queensland is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join its Gold Coast construction team.

The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments and has a substantial pipeline of major projects secured across the region.

With projects typically ranging from $100m to $350m+, this is an opportunity to join a business delivering some of the Gold Coast's most significant developments.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a major residential development on the Gold Coast.

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team, you will be responsible for driving site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all day-to-day site construction activities
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
• Managing construction sequencing, programming and site logistics
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with quality and safety requirements
• Driving programme and productivity outcomes
• Coordinating with the Project Manager, consultants and key stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
• Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Supporting the successful delivery of a major residential development from construction through to completion

About You

You will be an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale residential or high-rise projects.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects valued at $100m+
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and programming
• Experience managing large subcontractor packages and site teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
