Job summary

Asset Corporate Company Pty – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to drive steel building projects from ground to finish. You will serve as the Project Manager’s on-site eyes and ears, coordinating trades, maintaining progress, and ensuring safety and quality on a dynamic construction site.

We value practical experience with concrete, footings, steel erection, and a strong focus on timely delivery. Expect travel and occasional overnight stays as projects require.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction site experience from start to finish.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate trades.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Run the site day to day as the Project Manager's eyes and ears.
• Oversee site establishment, earthworks, footings, slabs, steel erection, sheeting, and fit-out.
• Manage trades and subcontractors to keep crews productive and safe.
• Plan ahead for labour, cranes, EWPs, and other hire with lead times.
• Raise variations and delays promptly to keep the project on track.
• Maintain safety and quality paperwork (SWMS, ITPs, inductions, inspections).
• Keep clients informed with proactive updates.
