Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction, structural steel or metal fabrication projects.
• Experience coordinating and running job sites from award through to completion.
• Ability to read, interpret and review engineering drawings and plans.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects from award to completion.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Plan and coordinate job schedules, labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Manage and coordinate job sites and site installations.
• Liaise with clients, builders, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate workshop fabrication and site installation.
• Monitor project progress, costs, variations and deadlines.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections.
• Identify and resolve issues throughout the project.
• Ensure projects are completed to specification and client expectations.
