S&you in Adelaide is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead structural steel erection and rigging on major projects. You will manage on-site crews up to 10, coordinate crane operations, deliveries and site logistics, and work with builders, engineers and site managers to keep programmes on track.

This newly created role offers autonomy, a strong pipeline of work, relocation support for the right candidate, and a stable, well-established contracting environment.

Qualificações

• Experience within structural steel erection, rigging, cranes or heavy construction.

A well-established structural steel contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the business and play a key role in delivering major structural steel projects across Adelaide.

This is a newly created position with a strong pipeline of secured work, including high-profile projects.

We're looking for someone with energy, initiative and the ability to lead from the front. This role will suit a Supervisor who enjoys being on site, solving problems, building teams and driving outcomes rather than sitting behind a desk.

The Role Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for:

• Leading structural steel erection and rigging activities on site
• Managing crews of up to 10 personnel, including riggers and subcontractors
• Coordinating crane operations, steel deliveries and site logistics
• Assisting with project mobilisation and methodology planning
• Liaising with builders, engineers, site managers and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
• Building and developing site teams as project workloads increase
• Initially focused on major Adelaide projects before progressing across multiple sites
