Job summary

S&you is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale structural steel projects from award to completion in Sydney. The role requires coordinating clients, builders, consultants, engineers, fabrication teams and site personnel to keep programmes on track and resolve risks before they impact delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within structural steel, commercial construction, engineering or major infrastructure projects.
• End to end experience from manufacturing to erection.
• Strong stakeholder and client management capability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to forecast risks and drive outcomes proactively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects from award through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, builders, consultants, engineers, fabrication teams and site personnel to keep projects on track and proactively manage risks.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and issues are addressed.
• Identify risks early and develop solutions to protect programme, stakeholders and delivery.
