Job summary

Wilson Security is hiring casual security roles across Adelaide, offering varied exposure to retail, corporate sites, mobile and static guarding with training and a customer-focused approach.

Roles require flexible availability across a 7-day roster, ability to walk/stand long periods, and experience with CCTV, access control, and reporting. Citizenship or work rights are required, with opportunities for progression and employee benefits.

• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods.
• Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client.
• Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk; Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification.
• Providing support to tenants and Facilities.
• Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management.
• Responding to emergency situations.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Location: Multiple sites across Adelaide CBD
• Employment Type: Casual opportunities available
• Varied role with exposure to retail, corporate, mobile patrols, foot patrols, static guarding, and asset protection
• Flexible availability required across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends as needed

Wilson Security is expanding in the South Australia, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
