Job summary

Lords is seeking a Site Manager to deliver a flagship fit out and refurbishment project in the Lithgow region. You will lead day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery from construction through to completion.

You will manage subcontractors and site personnel, drive the programme and sequencing, coordinate logistics, and build strong relationships with consultants and key stakeholders to achieve high-end finishes.

The Opportunity

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of on-site works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standard of finish expected across all Lords projects.

• Demonstrated experience delivering fit out and refurbishment projects as a Site Manager
• Hospitality, hotel, accommodation or high-end finishes experience highly regarded
• Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills and communication
• Strong programming and construction sequencing capability
• A detailed understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirements
• A hands‑on solution focused approach to site leadership and management
