Job summary

Lords Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for the Crowne Plaza, Maroochydore project in Australia. You will work with the Site Manager to coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractors and trades, and ensure safety, quality and programme compliance on a landmark hotel development.

The role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem solving and a strong focus on delivering high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor on medium to large-scale commercial, hotel, residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and day-to-day site activities to achieve programme milestones.
• Sound understanding of construction methods, sequencing, drawings and specifications.
• Strong commitment to WHS, quality and environmental requirements.
• Ability to identify and resolve site issues proactively, keeping works productive.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with subcontractors and the project team.
• Experience with site inspections, quality checks, pre-starts and toolbox talks.
• Experience using Procore or Hammertech or similar construction management platforms.
