Reporting to the HR Manager, you will collaborate with site leaders and central payroll to ensure timely payments and robust labour costing insights, while maintaining confidential records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce administration and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, attendance, and payroll rules.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily time and attendance and maintain workforce records.
• Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and sign off weekly payrolls.
• Apply Enterprise Agreement provisions and payroll policies accurately.
• Provide timely workforce reports and insights for operations.
