Job summary

Amida Group on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $4m commercial project from initiation to completion. This live-site assignment requires hands-on leadership, safety discipline, and a focus on schedule, cost and quality.

You will oversee trades and subcontractors, read drawings and specs, and ensure compliance with build standards. The role is permanent full-time, with a pathway for career progression within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Trade or building related qualification.
• 5–10 years’ experience in site supervision.
• Construction Safety Induction (White) card.
• Senior First Aid Certificate.
• Knowledge of legislation, regulations & standards for building sites.
• Ability to lead and motivate subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

You’ll be delivering a $4m new build project located in the Central Coast, from now until the end of February.

Our client is a commercial building & construction company, known for their high-quality practices. They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

You will be responsible for the delivery on either a $4m commercial project, you'll [sic] will be responsible for safe, efficient, and accurate supervision of trades and sub-contractors on site to achieve project milestones.

You’ll be expected to manage quality, ensure that programme is being delivered to time and to the correct cost, you'll be managing all logistics and on site programme.

Candidates need to have experience successfully delivering projects of this magnitude from inception to completion. Projects they work on are live site environments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Trade or building related Qualification
• Minimum 5 to 10yrs years’ experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff / subcontractors
• Construction Safety Induction (White) card
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sites
• Proven ability to lead and motivate subcontractors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
