Job summary

Redpath Partners Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule and budget are met while upholding quality.

You will oversee on-site teams and subcontractors, collaborate with the Project Manager, and drive a culture of accountability and high performance. The role offers exposure to significant SA projects and a clear path to progression within a growing, SA-owned business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ commercial construction experience.
• Strong track record delivering commercial new build and/or fit‑out/refurbishment projects above the value of $50M.
• Experience managing complex projects from commencement through to completion.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations and quality standards.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain project momentum.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• A genuine desire to contribute to the broader success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Provide strong leadership across site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Manage project programming, sequencing and site coordination.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and project resources.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Drive quality assurance and ensure construction standards are consistently maintained.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable and high-performing site culture.
