Job summary

KONE in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Modernisation Site Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple modernisation projects across the city. You will coordinate site activities, resources and subcontractors to ensure safety, on-time completion and high quality outcomes.

You will lead site teams, manage stakeholders and maintain strong customer relationships, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management, construction or project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and timelines.
• Construction qualification, trade background or equivalent industry experience.
• Lift industry experience highly regarded.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and Project; valid Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple modernisation projects from commencement to completion.
• Plan and organise labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Drive a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate site teams to achieve targets in quality and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve site issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and operations for seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance records.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
