KONE is seeking a Site Manager for its New Building Solutions team in Mascot, NSW. You will oversee and coordinate multiple projects across Sydney, leading teams, managing resources, and engaging customers to ensure successful delivery.

With 5+ years’ site‑level project delivery experience and a strong commitment to safety and quality, you will drive continuous improvement, mentor your crew, and uphold KONE’s high standards in a fast‑moving construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing project delivery at a site level.
• Contractor management experience.
• Lift industry experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site.
• Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
• Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
• Achieve KONE’s safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture.
• Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects.
