Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management, construction or project delivery.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities and timelines.
• Leadership skills to engage, develop and influence teams.
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple modernisation projects from commencement through to completion.
• Plan and organise labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities for project success.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Drive a positive safety culture by complying with KONE safety standards and procedures.
• Lead, coach and motivate site teams to achieve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve site issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and compliance records.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
