Consolidated Power Projects Australia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead critical utility asset replacement projects across South Australia. Based in Wingfield with regular site travel, you will coordinate outages, safety, quality and stakeholder engagement to deliver work safely and to a high standard.

You'll split time between planning, site visits and outage delivery, leading CPP crews and contractors while maintaining strong client relationships.

Competenze

• Demonstrated Site Manager or senior field leader experience in HV electrical/utility infra.
• Strong leadership in managing site personnel, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, outage planning and site delivery.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, documentation, inductions, permits and compliance.
• Electrical trade qualifications and a current Australian driver’s licence.
• Desirable: HV substations or asset replacement project exposure.
• Desirable: experience managing mixed workforces; Certificate IV in Safety or Civil Construction
