Job summary

Enemix is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a major renewable energy project in South Australia, spanning wind generation, major civils, high‑voltage electrical works and complex stakeholder management from development through construction to handover.

You will drive commissioning, testing and energisation, manage approvals, ensure safety, schedule and cost objectives, and coordinate with landowners, communities and project partners for a successful handover to asset management.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in construction, infrastructure or renewable energy delivery.
• Strong grounding in project delivery, contract administration and risk management.
• Collaborative leadership style and a safety-first mindset.

One of Australia's leading renewable energy IPPs is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the continued growth of its power generation and storage portfolio. This business owns and operates renewable energy assets long term, so the successful candidate will be involved from early stages through construction and into operations, with real accountability for the success of the project.

This is a chance to play a key leadership role on one of the region's most significant renewable energy projects, spanning wind generation, major civils, high-voltage electrical works and complex stakeholder management, from final development through construction, commissioning and handover.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading delivery of power generation assets including wind turbines, civil and electrical infrastructure
• Managing commissioning, testing, energisation and handover to asset management
• Driving project performance against safety, program, cost and quality objectives
• Managing contractor and consultant relationships, including variations, claims and contractual correspondence
• Leading stakeholder engagement across landowners, communities and project partners

What you'll bring:

• Engineering degree (Electrical preferred, Civil or Mechanical considered)
• 5-10 years' experience in construction, infrastructure or renewable energy delivery
• Strong grounding in project delivery, contract administration and risk management
• A collaborative leadership style and a genuine safety-first mindset
