Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of delivery for projects in Western Sydney, ranging from $10M to $40M. You will manage programme, budget, procurement, and client relationships from initial planning through to completion.

You will work with experienced Site Managers and Contract Administrators allocated to each project, within a supportive leadership environment. This role offers a 5-day work week with clear accountability and structured delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience operating as a Project Manager.
• Delivered projects in the $10M–$40M range.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability.
• Confident managing stakeholders and resolving issues proactively.
• Solid understanding of build sequencing, services coordination, and structural elements.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme, budget, procurement, and client relationships from planning to completion.
• Ensure properly resourced teams with defined responsibilities.
• Maintain open-door leadership and collaborative culture.
• Deliver projects within the 5-day work week without burnout.
