Job summary

Power Recruitment and Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a high-end mid-rise with heritage restoration in Bulimba, QLD. The role involves leading eight residences over a single-level basement on a tight inner-city site, with a relocation-integrated heritage home.

The project is a $14m development with a 75-week program already underway; piling has started and you will join in 2–4 weeks. You will use Procore, Visibuild and One Breadcrumb to keep everything on program and paperless.

Qualifications

• Proven site management with a head contractor on mid-rise, multi-residential, basement or high-end residential builds.
• Heritage, renovation or character-home experience is a bonus.
• You read architectural intent from drawings and uphold quality.

Responsibilities

• Owns program, subbies, quality and safety from piling to handover.
• Manages delivery sequencing on a tight inner-city site.
• Leads with clear communication to subbies and neighbours.
• Provides hands-on direction with senior construction support behind you.
