Job summary

Aspect Personnel in Melbourne seeks a Site Manager for a private commercial builder delivering heritage and education projects valued between $30M and $60M. You will report to the Construction Manager and oversee day-to-day site operations.

You will manage programs, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and adherence to budget. Salaries range from $180K to $250K plus super, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Site Manager with commercial project experience $30M+
• Heritage refurbishment or adaptive reuse experience preferred
• Education, sport and leisure or cultural project exposure is a plus
• Valid Construction Induction Card and First Aid certification

About the Role

A Melbourne commercial builder has multiple Site Manager openings, including a $40M heritage cultural project and an education build with 12 months to run. You’ll report to the Construction Manager and run the site day to day.
