Job summary

Glenvill Pty Ltd is seeking a results-driven Site Manager to oversee residential homes under construction in Brisbane's South Western Corridor. You will coordinate trades, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and safety across multiple on-site projects.

With a hands-on leadership approach and strong communication skills, you will drive on-time delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in domestic building.
• Carpentry background preferred, with strong knowledge of residential construction.
• Experience managing multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship.

Now were looking for a results driven Site Manager with previous residential housing construction experience in building quality homes, on time and on budget to join our fantastic team.

About The Role

You will be primarily managing homes under construction across Brisbane's South Western Corridor.

• Delivering a portfolio of residential homes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Establishing and managing a high-performing trade base to support construction activities.
• Supervising trades on site and ensuring compliance with OH&S, quality, regulatory, and construction program requirements.
• Managing project documentation, reporting, and forward planning to support successful project delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in domestic building.
• Carpentry background preferred, with strong knowledge and understanding of residential construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple residential building projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship across multiple projects.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Energetic, motivated and enthusiastic, with a hands-on approach and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate trades, subcontractors, clients and internal teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve construction issues proactively and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of site safety requirements, building standards and residential construction practices.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to the wider team.

A current driver’s licence is essential.
