Ivory Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across NSW. You will manage day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate trades and contractors, and drive WHS, quality, and schedule adherence.

A supportive team includes a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Supervisor, and Leading Hand/Cadet. This role offers stability and a clear path for progression within a well-established construction company noted for staff

To support these endeavours, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their NSW division to ensure successful project delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Site Manager/Foreman, you will oversee construction works on commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across NSW. Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the project site, coordinating trades and contractors, and ensuring the project meets high standards in WHS, quality, and time management. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Supervisor, and Leading Hand/Cadet. This role is ideal for a candidate seeking stability and a company that prides itself on excellent staff retention and a strong repeat client base.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
