Job summary

Enduro Builders in Adelaide is seeking a Site Manager experienced in running multiple residential projects to join our supervisory team. You will oversee up to 6 projects simultaneously, manage schedules, liaise with clients and trades, and ensure quality and safety on site.

A passion for energy efficient building and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and planning abilities, plus proficiency with construction software, will help you drive projects to contract

Qualifications

Experience in a low to mid size residential construction company with ability to manage multiple facets of construction.
Excellent communication skills with subcontractors and clients.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving on site.
Knowledge of building codes and site non-compliance identification.

Responsibilities

Oversee up to 6 projects simultaneously, including scheduling and client liaison.
Liaise with trades and supervise site activity to ensure quality and safety.
Be the on-site face of Enduro Builders, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Monitor progress, plan work activities, and perform quality checks.
