Job summary

Enduro Builders in Adelaide is seeking a Site Manager experienced in running multiple residential projects to join our supervisory team. You will oversee up to 6 projects simultaneously, manage schedules, liaise with clients and trades, and ensure quality and safety on site.

A passion for energy efficient building and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and planning abilities, plus proficiency with construction software, will help you drive projects to contract

Qualifications

• Experience in a low to mid size residential construction company with ability to manage multiple facets of construction.
• Excellent communication skills with subcontractors and clients.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving on site.
• Knowledge of building codes and site non-compliance identification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 6 projects simultaneously, including scheduling and client liaison.
• Liaise with trades and supervise site activity to ensure quality and safety.
• Be the on-site face of Enduro Builders, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, plan work activities, and perform quality checks.

We are looking for a Site Manager experienced in running multiple projectsto add to our supervisory team.

The scope of this role includes;

• Overseeing up to 6 projects at any one time including scheduling, client liaison, trade liaison, site management and more
• Keeping clients informed on construction progress and updates
• Being in charge of your own sites, however, still being part of a high performing supportive team
• Being the onsite face of the company and managing the quality of the finished product throughout the entire process
• We would love for you to have an interest in Energy Efficient building, building science and have a passion for delivering the best possible result for clients!
• You will have experience in a low to mid size residential construction company ideally experienced in all facets of construction, a willingness to learn and produce great results.

• Very comfortable using technology, and an ability to learn new software and apps quickly. Ability to troubleshoot a huge bonus (we do provide training in our software)
