Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Site Manager to lead multiple residential builds in Adelaide. You will oversee up to six projects at once, coordinating trades, scheduling, and liaising with clients to ensure quality outcomes.

You will be the on-site face of the company, driving delivery to contract, within budget and safety guidelines, while promoting energy-efficient building practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing up to six residential projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication with subcontractors and clients.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and on-site QA.
• Ability to identify non-compliance with building codes and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 6 projects concurrently, including scheduling and client liaison.

• Ensure projects meet contract guidelines, timeframes and budgets.
• Perform quality checks and enforce safety policies on site.

Job description

We are looking for a Site Manager experienced in running multiple projects to add to our supervisory team.

The scope of this role includes;

• Overseeing up to 6 projects at any one time including scheduling, client liaison, trade liaison, site management and more
• Keeping clients informed on construction progress and updates
• Being in charge of your own sites, however, still being part of a high performing supportive team
• Being the onsite face of the company and managing the quality of the finished product throughout the entire process

We would love for you to have an interest in Energy Efficient building, building science and have a passion for delivering the best possible result for clients!

You will have experience in a low to mid size residential construction company ideally experienced in all facets of construction, a willingness to learn and produce great results.

• Very comfortable using technology, and an ability to learn new software and apps quickly. Ability to troubleshoot a huge bonus (we do provide training in our software)
