Cater Care seeks a dynamic FIFO Village Manager to lead remote site operations across Far North Queensland and our national mining village network. You will own full site facilities, lead a dedicated service team, and maintain strong client relationships on a 14/7 roster with Fly-In, Fly-Out flights ex-Cairns.

Take full P&L responsibility, optimize labour and food costs, and drive safety culture while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

Operating on a 14/7 roster (FIFO ex-Cairns), you will take full operational ownership of site facilities, lead a dedicated service team, and maintain top-tier relationships with client stakeholders.

Roster Details:

• 14 Days On, 7 Days Off roster rotation
• Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) flights provided ex-Cairns

What This Role Involves:

• Manage daily village operations across site catering, accommodation, housekeeping, and facilities
• Oversee accommodation reservation platforms seamlessly (VAMS, SAMS, or RMS)
• Take full financial control of site P&L performance with a sharp focus on labour and food costs
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary site team while building a strong safety culture
• Act as the primary on-site contact to build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives
