Cater Care is seeking a dynamic Village Manager for our remote mining village in NSW. The role is on an 8/6 roster with FIFO from Melbourne or Adelaide. Flights, meals, uniforms and accommodation are included.

You will manage accommodation reservations, site operations, leading a small team and controlling labour and food costs. Strong admin and computer skills, and experience with VAMS/SAMS/RMS are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional administrative and computer/ software skills.
• Accommodation reservations systems experience (VAMS, SAMS, RMS).
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred.
• Remote environment management experience.
• Commitment to friendly customer service.
• Professional can-do attitude.
• Ability to work long hours in varying conditions.

Cater Care Services are seeking dynamic and experienced hospitality leaders for Village Manager position at our remote mining village in NSW .The role is available on 8/6 roster. Fly in Fly out (FIFO) basis from Melbourne or Adelaide. Flights, meals, uniforms and accommodation are included.

• Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
• Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labor and food costs

• Exceptional administrative and computer/ software skills
• Accommodation reservations systems experience (VAMS, SAMS, RMS)
• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and catering experience highly desirable
• Stable & progressive management experience within a remote environment
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• A motivated, constructive and professional ‘can-do’ attitude
• Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
• Adherence to food & general safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks

• A manual drivers’ license (preferred) and forklift ticket (highly desirable)
