Cater Care Services is seeking a dynamic Village Manager for a remote mining village in NSW. The role is on an 8/6 roster with Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) from Melbourne or Adelaide. Flights, meals, uniforms and accommodation are included.

Key responsibilities include managing accommodation reservations, site catering and accommodation services, and leading a team with full P&L oversight focused on labor and food costs. Strong admin and remote-management experience are essential.

Cater Care Services are seeking dynamic and experienced hospitality leaders for Village Manager position at our remote mining village in NSW .The role is available on 8/6 roster. Fly in Fly out (FIFO) basis from Melbourne or Adelaide. Flights, meals, uniforms and accommodation are included.

What this role involves

• Management of the Accommodation reservations systems
• Management of site & all contract scoped accommodation and catering services
• Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
• Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labor and food costs

All about you

• Exceptional administrative and computer/ software skills
• Accommodation reservations systems experience (VAMS, SAMS, RMS)
• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and catering experience highly desirable
• Stable & progressive management experience within a remote environment
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• A motivated, constructive and professional 'can-do' attitude
• Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
• Adherence to food & general safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks
