Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the Melbourne Projects team, delivering complex commercial construction projects across Victoria. You will take ownership of on-site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, manage installation activities, and uphold safety standards, ensuring projects meet Honeywell's high expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
• Electrical trade background and relevant licensing preferred.
• Experience delivering commercial construction or building services projects.
• Strong safety, risk management and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities across multiple project phases.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and commissioning teams.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive project schedule adherence and site productivity.
• Lead site safety meetings, toolbox talks and compliance activities.
• Monitor quality, installation standards and project documentation.
• Liaise with builders, consultants, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues and project risks.
