Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of complex building automation and security installations in Melbourne. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires strong leadership, electrical trades background preferred, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, customers, builders and vendors to deliver integrated building technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven on-site leadership in commercial construction or building services.
• Experience with building technology systems (BMS, security, access, CCTV).
• Strong safety, risk management and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and commissioning teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Drive schedule adherence and site productivity.
• Lead site safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor installation quality and project docs.
• Liaise with builders, consultants, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Identify and resolve site issues and risks.
