Job summary

BADGE is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Brisbane inner north-west project. You will manage commercial construction projects valued at $10M–$15M, lead Foremen and Safety Officers, and ensure cohesive, safe, and quality delivery across education and other sectors.

You will coordinate programming, read plans, and uphold QHSE standards, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and budget while applying sound building methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience on $10M to $15M projects.
• Experience across a range of builds including education and cohesive, safe and quality commercial project deliveries.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading Foremen, Leading Hands and Safety Officers.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial construction projects across various sectors.
• Managing quality, safety and environmental processes.
• Programming (using Microsoft Project) and coordination of construction works.
• Working to project program to meet deadlines and budget.
• Understanding of building methodologies, QHSE Act, Legislation and Building Code.
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications accurately.
• Managing delivery of large structural and services heavy packages.
• Advantageous to this role is a relevant trade background or tertiary education.
