Job summary

BADGE is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Brisbane inner north-west project. You will manage commercial construction projects valued at $10M–$15M, lead Foremen and Safety Officers, and ensure cohesive, safe, and quality delivery across education and other sectors.

You will coordinate programming, read plans, and uphold QHSE standards, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and budget while applying sound building methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience on $10M to $15M projects.
• Experience across a range of builds including education and cohesive, safe and quality commercial project deliveries.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading Foremen, Leading Hands and Safety Officers.

We are in a period of growth, and with exciting projects, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our thriving team for our project in the inner north-west of Brisbane.

About you:

You will be an experienced Site Manager with experience on $10M to $15M projects. You will have experience across a range of builds including education and who hasknowledge and experience in cohesive, safe and quality commercial project deliveries.Working with ourhighly motivated and supportive team, this is a crucial position that requires you to have a positive attitude and real passion for commercial construction projects.

You will also demonstrate a strong level of communication skills along with experience managing a team of Foremen, Leading Hands and Safety Officers.

This role will see you:
