Job summary

BADGE, an established Australian-owned commercial construction company, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Brisbane inner north-west project. You will manage $10M–$15M works, lead Foremen and Safety Officers, and ensure cohesive, safe, and quality deliveries.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, experience across education and commercial builds, and a solid understanding of building methodologies, QHSE Act, and Building Code. Medical and police checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience on $10M to $15M commercial projects.
• Experience across education builds and other commercial deliveries.
• Strong communication and leadership of Foremen, Leading Hands and Safety Officers.
• Able to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects across sectors.
• Oversee quality, safety and environmental processes.
• Program and coordinate construction works using MS Project.
• Meet deadlines and budget.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Manage delivery of large structural and services packages.
